On November 23, 2024, the 2024 International Universities Innovation and Investment Cooperation Forum "Human Health, Green Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship" hosted by the International Universities Innovation Alliance (IUIA) was held in China World Hotel in Beijing. This is an important meeting on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of IUIA. It is an important declaration of the transformation of IUIA from the accelerated mode of cross-border incubation to the cross-border park (future city), and a major release of the resumption of cooperation between IUIA and world famous universities!

After nearly two years of deep cultivation and exploration in Europe after the pandemic, IUIA has successfully achieved comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with the University of Oxford, and established the Oxford Innovation Institute (OII) at this forum. President Lien SiaouSze, former Director of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, was awarded the appointment letter of Dean of Oxford College. Relying on the rich scientific research achievements of the University of Oxford and the cross-border innovation and entrepreneurship network of IUIA, Oxford College (OII) aims to industrialize the innovation and entrepreneurship programs of Oxford professors and postdoctoral fellows, and build a cross-border industry-university-research cooperation platform in the world. It has gradually cooperated with more than 10 colleges of Oxford University to carry out undergraduate, master and doctoral teaching and post-doctoral joint training. In the future, we will strive for the support of UNESCO to establish a global University AI Education sharing alliance, and promote the tutorial teaching model and innovation and entrepreneurship projects of Oxford College to developing countries around the world.

The IUIA presented the letter of appointment for Dean of Oxford College to President Lien SiaouSze, former trustee of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

The forum inaugurated the "Institute of Digital Intelligence" jointly initiated by IUIA and Yuannian Science and Technology. The "Institute of Digital Intelligence" aims to focus on the global trend of digital intelligence technology and innovation, gather top academic and industrial resources, build an international platform to promote the research and application of digital intelligence technology, and provide intellectual support for the future development of digital intelligence economy.

The forum released the Report on the Future Development of Unicorns in Europe and the UK. Co-edited by IUIA and young scholars such as PHDS and professors from the University of Oxford, the report provides an in-depth analysis of the innovation model, development path and global influence of UK unicorns. The report will be published nationwide by China Publishing Group Zhongyi Publishing House in 2025.

IUIA and the Foreign Languages School Affiliated to Beijing Foreign Studies University signed the strategic cooperation agreement of "IUIA BeiForeign Studies School to Oxford Through Train". Relying on the cooperation between IUIA and the Affiliated School of Beijing Foreign Studies, this project builds a direct education bridge to the University of Oxford, provides international academic exchange and further study opportunities for outstanding students, and creates a new mode of sharing top educational resources at home and abroad.

The IUIA concept of innovation and entrepreneurship cannot be promoted without the enthusiasm and support of global entrepreneurial mentors, advisors and partners. At the forum, IUIA awarded senior consultant and entrepreneurial mentor appointments to Neal Stephenson, the father of the metaverse (author of the science fiction novel Avalanche), and Professor Mark Middleton, head of the oncology Department at the University of Oxford.
